Dippin’ Dots Inventor to Visit New Tuttle Crossing Location
Local business owners are expanding their Dippin’ Dots franchise to include a location in Dublin, with the support of Dippin’ Dots founder and president, Curt Jones.
The Dublin Dippin’ Dots store, located at Tuttle Crossing on the lower level outside of Sears, will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, April 30. Activities include a meet and greet with Jones, all day giveaways and free ice cream, face painting and balloon animals from Bug A Boo the clown from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This is the sixth Dippin’ Dots franchise location for Manish and Stacy Agarwal, who own store and kiosk locations in Cincinnati, Florence and Dayton.
“We felt that Dublin was the perfect market for Dippin’ Dots,” says Stacy Agarwal. “We have a lot to offer the Columbus/Dublin community through fundraising and catering opportunities in addition to the mall store.”
The Tuttle Crossing location will offer more than a dozen flavors of Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream, Ice, Sherbet and Yogurt products. In addition, the location will serve new Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream Cakes, Dots ‘n Cream, Dot Shakes, Floats, Sundaes and Solar Freeze® granita parfaits.
The Agarwals, who have been in the Dippin’ Dots business since 2008, are slated to open two additional locations next month – one in Jeffersonville and another in Cincinnati.
“Dippin’ Dots is such a great product, and we want to make it accessible to as many Ohio residents as possible,” says Stacy Agarwal.
