Dippin' Dots(R) Opens First Store in Rhode Island

NARRAGANSETT, R.I., June 22 Dippin' Dots(R) franchisees Paul and Tracy Sivo will celebrate the grand opening of their new store in Narragansett this weekend. The grand opening will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Activities will include balloon art, comic caricatures, body tattoos and face painting. Last year, Paul and Tracy Sivo opened their first Dippin' Dots location in Solomon Pond in Marlborough, Mass. The Narragansett store is the Sivos' second Dippin' Dots location. "We have had a great response from the public," Tracy Sivo said. "[They] are very excited to have Dippin' Dots in their area." The Narragansett store, located at 294 Great Island Road, will feature over two-dozen flavors of Dippin' Dots ice cream, sherbet, yogurt and ice.
