Brrr! Dippin’ Dots have to be kept at -40 degrees in order to keep their shape. Your freezer at home (even your chest freezer) does not get that cold, so keep your Dippin’ Dots in this box until you’re ready to serve.

You know the saying, good things come to those who wait? Well, that's not true for Dippin' Dots lovers. We recommend enjoying your Dippin' Dots the day they arrive!
Dippin’ Dots will last for 48 hours from the time the ice cream ships from our facility - not from when you receive it! If you need your Dippin’ Dots to keep cold longer, you may purchase dry ice from a local retailer and add it inside your cooler. We suggest 10-15 pounds of dry ice per day. Always place the dry ice on top of your Dippin’ Dots.
And remember, don’t touch dry ice without gloves! See enclosed Dry Ice Safety Guidelines.
NO MORE METAL SPOONS!
Only use plastic spoons when eating Dippin’ Dots. Because our ice cream is super cold, the metal spoon will stick to your tongue and totally ruin your day, and your Dippin’ Dots experience! (Same reason you don’t stick your tongue to a flag pole in the winter. Ouch!)

Can I store Dippin' Dots in my home freezer?
With extraordinary ice cream, comes extraordinarily cold storage temps necessary for the extraordinary ice cream to be kept at. Dippin’ Dots have to be kept super cold (-40 degrees), so keep your Dippin’ Dots in the cooler you received them in until you’re ready to serve it. They will last in that cooler for 48 hours from the time it leaves our facility. If you need your Dippin’ Dots to stay cold longer, you can purchase dry ice from a local retailer. Place the dry ice inside the cooler on top of the Dippin’ Dots. DO NOT TOUCH DRY ICE! And roll down your car window when transporting it. See Dry Ice Handling Instructions.
How long will the product last once it’s delivered?
Your Dippin’ Dots will last for 48 hours from the time it ships from our facility, when kept in the cooler in which you received it. Can I place an order today, and have it delivered at a later date?
Yes! During check out, you will be asked when you would like to receive your Dippin’ Dots. You can choose to receive your shipment as soon as possible, or you can tell us exactly what date you would like to receive your delivery. You will also choose which shipping method you prefer for that delivery.
How can I qualify for the $9.99 shipping?
$9.99 shipping is available to those zip codes where FedEx can delivery your shipment within two days via FedEx ground. That covers most of the U.S. but there are some areas where FedEx can’t deliver within two days. In those cases, $9.99 ground shipping is not available. To find out if you’re eligible for $9.99 shipping, enter your shipping address during check out and look for the cheapest shipping option. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
