Here are some other requirements:
  • Minimum Liquid Capital of $100,000
  • Minimum Net Worth of $300,000
  • Total Investment ranges from $112,204 to $366,950
  • Previous business experience is a plus
  • Must have the ability to follow and implement a “system” and business plan as set by the Franchisor
  • Must be willing to reinvest in the business for continued growth
  • Must be willing to be “hands on” with managing and operating the business
  • Candidates must be interested in OPENING within 3-6 months from initial inquiry date
  • Approved candidates must be willing to travel to Paducah, KY for a Discovery Day and 3 days of training
  • Must be willing to attend the 3-day Annual Meeting for Franchisees

How Long Does It Take to Get Dippin’ & Poppin’?

Depending on your location and needs, after Discovery Day & Training at the Corporate Headquarters in Paducah, you could be Dippin’ & Poppin’ in 3 - 6 months! You work directly with our real estate team (more info below) on site selection and lease negotiation. Then our design and construction team steps in to lead the build-out. All the while, you are working with your Region Managers and the operations department to get all your supplies ordered, accounts set-up, and start the staffing process. Before you know it, your opening date has arrived and your Region Managers will be there to train you on-site for your first opening week, making sure you have all the tools you need for success.

In addition, we have relationships with the largest shopping and lifestyle center property managers in the country, who frequently approach us to install a Dippin’ Dots & Doc Popcorn store.
