C is for cookie...Coconut Caramel Cookie, that is! Crunchy cookie pieces, layers of delicious caramel, and nutty toasted coconut are mixed with Chocolate Dippin' Dots in this captivating cookie & chocolate concoction!
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cup | Chocolate Dippin' Dots |
| 1/3 cup | Toasted Coconut Flakes |
| 2 | Shortbread Cookies, crushed |
| Caramel Sauce | |
| Whipped Cream |
Directions
- Place 1/2 cup of Chocolate Dippin' Dots in a tall cup.
- Then, add 1 of the crushed shortbread cookies on top of the Chocolate Dippin' Dots.
- Next, place a pinch of toasted coconut on top of the cookies.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Add 1/2 cup Chocolate Dippin' Dots to the cup.
- Top with the other crushed shortbread cookie.
- Add another pinch of toasted coconut on top of the shortbread cookie.
- Add a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Place the remaining 1/2 cup Chocolate Dippin' Dots into the cup.
- Add whipped cream.
- Add a pinch of toasted coconut and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
