- Place 2 gingerbread cookies in the bottom of a glass.
- Using a spoon, gently break up the gingerbread cookies into small pieces.
- Place 1 cup Vanilla Dippin' Dots on top of the gingerbread cookies.
- Add 1/2 cup toffee pieces on top of the Vanilla Dippin' Dots.
- Top with Whipped Cream, Caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of toffee pieces.
- Add 2 remaining Gingerbread cookies to the top of your sundae.
