Get Reddi to wip up some fun with this cool Dippin' Dots + Reddi-wip popsicle recipe! Rather than topping your ice cream with whipped cream, we're dippin' whipped cream popsicles in ice cream!
Reddi-wip whipped topping
Dippin' Dots, any flavor
milk chocolate, chopped
Spray 1 can of Reddi-wip into a pitcher or container (ideally one with a spout). Let it sit for about 5-10min. and stir vigorously a few times to help deflate. Cover & place in the refrigerator for 30min. Stir, and return to the refrigerator for another 30min.
Pour Reddi-wip into popsicle molds. Tap the molds on a flat surface a couple times to remove any air bubbles. Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
In a small microwave safe bowl, add chopped milk chocolate and coconut oil. Heat the chocolate in 20sec. increments, stirring between each interval until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Unmold the popsicles and let them chill in the freezer until you are ready add the toppings.
Working quickly- one at a time, dip one popsicle into the melted chocolate and sprinkle the Dippin' Dots before the chocolate sets.
